4. Course Access and Certificates

  • All courses are delivered online and are self-paced, typically designed to be completed within 3 months

  • Upon successful completion of all course modules and assessments, learners will receive a verifiable digital certificate issued by Preliminary.online under Birmingham University’s authority

  • Certificates are not equivalent to a degree or diploma qualification but serve as professional development credentials


5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

  • Certain programs may require payment. All fees are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT

  • Payments are securely processed through our authorized third-party providers

  • You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the course has not been accessed

  • If a course has been accessed or started, the cancellation right is waived

Refunds may be granted in line with our refund policy or applicable UK consumer law.


6. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, images, and digital materials are the intellectual property of Birmingham University and/or its content partners. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content

  • Share your login credentials or course access with others
